The goal of this project was to develop a unique food or beverage concept that could be brought to market through branding, packaging, and audience strategy. Tipsy Cow introduced a line of alcoholic ice creams inspired by classic cocktails, offering a playful and indulgent twist on traditional desserts. I created three distinct flavors to capture the essence of each drink while appealing to a flavor-forward audience. The three cocktails I chose were an Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, and Piña Colada.

Target Audience.

Since Tipsy Cow offered an untraditional way of consuming alcohol, I figured more experienced drinkers would be less eager to try it. I decided that Gen Z individuals aged 21 to 28 would be the best demographic to target since they are new to alcohol and more eager to explore novel alcoholic products.
